PRESENTATION FORMATS
Oral Presentations
Electronic presentation (Power Point) facilities will be available including videoprojector, PC and laser pointer. Slide projectors will not be available. Cost for any special audio-visual request will be the responsibility of the individual speaker.
Allowed time for presentation:
- Invited Lectures 30 min including discussion
- Contributed Lectures 20 min including discussion
The timing for each lecture (day, and morning/afternoon sessions) may be read in the Session Timetable of the Final Programme
Poster Presentations
Guidelines for Poster preparation can be found at POSTER PREPARATION. Authors are kindly requested to be present at their poster for discussion with attendees during the Poster Session. It is each author’s responsibility to remove the poster. The organisers do not assume any responsibility for posters left up.
Attendance by at least one of the authors is requested for poster presentation and publication in CIMTEC 2014 Proceedings.
